 The Huzzah Haven has 2 queen beds and 2 sofa sleepers, accommodating up to 8 people. The Haven comes with a full bath, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster, central air and heat and a charcoal BBQ Grill. Fully equipped with linens, towels and cooking utensils! Private stairway to the River!! Minimum of 2 maximum of 8.

Beaver Den & Otter Tail

Otter Tail and Beaver Den accommodate 4-10 people. They consist of 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed and another bedroom with 2 queen beds, and 2 queen size sofa sleeper. These units come fully equipped with a full kitchen, full bath, central air and heat, satellite TV, and a fireplace. Beautiful view overlooking the Dry Creek!

Bob’s Bungalow accommodates 8 – 18 people. This unit has 4 bedrooms with a total of 8 queen beds and 1 Queen sleeper sofas. There are 3 bathrooms with showers in each. Bob’s Bungalow comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffeemaker, microwave, shower, central air and heat, as well as all your linens, towels and cooking utensils.

The Rosewell house accommodates 4-12 people. This house has a total of 3 bedrooms and a basement. 2 bedrooms are on the main floor and they each have 1 queen bed. Upstairs is 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom. The basement has 3 queen beds. The basement is all open. This units come fully equipped with a full kitchen,3 bathrooms, 2 showers, central air/heat, satellite and TV.

Eagles Nest 1 & 2

This unit has 3 bedrooms with a total of 5 queen beds. 2 bedrooms have 2 queen beds and 1 bedroom has 1 queen bed. There is also 2 pull out sofas but you can only pull one out at a time. These units can accommodate 4 to 12 people. There is a master bedroom that has a bathroom and then another bathroom at the end of the hall. These units do come equipped with full kitchen, shower, tub, and central air and heat. Minimum of 4 and maximum of 12.

The Dry Creek Den consists of 7 bedrooms (2 sleep up to 2 people each, with king size beds, 5 sleep up to 4 each, with queen size beds), 3 sleeper sofas (that sleep 2 each). The kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, stove, dishwasher, A/C and heat. There is a dining room and 2 living rooms and 1 has a fireplace. There are 5 full bathrooms, 3 with showers and 2 with Jacuzzi tubs. One bathroom is downstairs and 4 are upstairs, which is on the main floor. Downstairs has a laundry room with washer and dryer. The Den also has 4 TV’s with Satellite, pool table and a foosball table. Minimum of 12 and maximum of 30.
