Basic Unit Offerings

Huzzah Hilton

 Hiltons 1-8 accommodate 2-4 people and come with a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa (queen), microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, hot plate, A/C, heat and restroom with shower/tub. ** Hiltons 9-10 are handicapped accessible and have a double bed with sleeper sofa.

A-Frame

A-Frames will sleep 2– 6 people, each have a bedroom downstairs with a double bed and an open loft, that has one double bed. In the living room area there is a sleeper sofa. These units come furnished with A/C, restroom with small shower, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee and toaster.

Bear Den

The Bear Den consists of 4 sections. Each section sleeps up to 10 people, with 2 sets of 3 bunk-beds and 2 double beds in the loft area. Each section includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, restroom, shower/tub, heat and AC. Perfect for families with small kids!

Cabins

Cabins will sleep 2–8 guest, each have a bedroom downstairs(1 queen bed) and an open loft with 2 (queen)beds, one on each end. In the living area there is a sleeper sofa (queen). Cabins # 1-8 all have queen size beds. These units come furnished with central air, heat, restroom with shower/tub, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster. Cabin #1 is handicap accessible. All cabins have a covered deck.n

The Cozy Cabins accommodate 2-7 people. These units have 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with a full/single bunk bed, sofa sleeper, restroom with shower, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, heat & A/C, and a covered deck.

Lea House

The Lea House consists of 5 bedrooms, with queen beds, accommodating 4-6 people each. This unit is equipped with satellite TV, kitchen and 3 showers with restrooms. The kitchen is furnished with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, A/C and heat. There is a big charcoal BBQ Grill outside. This house is full of country charm! Minimum of 12 people and maximum of 24.

Hiller House

This renovated farm house is great for large groups that want the convenience of being together, but also want separate rooms. The Hiller House consists of 6 bedrooms total of 12 queen sized beds and 2 sleeper sofas. Enjoy the “home away from home” feel of the living room with satellite TV, dining room, kitchen, four full bathrooms and 3 half bathrooms. The kitchen is furnished with a stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. The house has a big charcoal BBQ Grill outside. Minimum of 12 people and maximum of 28.
